tailor-made project is always an opportunity for both communicationand the development of a concreteness-oriented culture of sustainability.
How to encourage the right management of exhausted sunscreens that too often become waste at the beach? Starting from this question we organized, together with the Company and the Retailer, the collection at about 200 points of sale a structured and incentivized collection starting a regeneration process towards a new second raw material from which to create new products.

Creating value starting from the disposal of the warehouse, that is, transforming a problem and a cost into an opportunity, a new resource. For example, the goal was achieved thanks to a consultation by Regenesi for Mandarina Duck. Regenesi's circular economy consultancy allows you to concretely rethink the way you produce value for your customers from the creative to the production process and finally from the warehouse to distribution.
The introduction of circular economy policies into the company also involves comparison, demonstration and testimony that changing one's organization in a green key is possible. Regenesi supported L’Oréal Professionnel in launching a new sustainable and natural line for its customers by intervening during the events.

Our client was closing down a warehouse, an activity that would have involved disposing of large volumes of materials, including leather, fabric and metal. Mandarina Duck instead reached out to Regenesi to turn the problem of waste disposal costs into real value.
REGENESI’S ROLE
During this consultancy project, Regenesi analyzed the stock of raw materials that were destined for landfill. We then worked on a proposal collection of fashion, travel and leisure accessories, selecting the materials and creating designs that are both 100% sustainable and 100% made in Italy.
