Shipping
Our products are always delivered in refined and elegant eco-friendly gift packaging. Those who purchase a gift from Regenesi can send it directly to the addressee, along with a customized greeting card.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A return can be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Products must be undamaged, unused and complete with their original packaging.
For each purchase, you are entitled to a 24-month conformity guarantee: if the reason for return is a defect in the item or transport damage, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement within two years of receipt of the product.
Write an email to info@regenesi.com specifying the order number and attaching the related tax documentation.
If it is a non-conformity, please also attach a photo of the damaged product.

Prepare a package with the goods you want to return.
We advise you to keep the receipt and the tracking number after dispatch.
After receiving and reviewing the return conditions, we will send you a confirmation by email. You will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the purchase of the item and shipping costs, excluding the costs incurred in making the return.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
